Training programs are envisaged as a long-term contribution of BCASPS to national capacity building. As a start-up initiative, the Centre plans to develop introductory and foundational training modules related to air and space power, security studies, strategic analysis, and policy research. These programs will be structured to enhance understanding of concepts, frameworks, and emerging trends.

In collaboration with relevant institutions and experts, BCASPS training programs will gradually evolve to address advanced topics and specialized needs. The overarching objective is to support the development of skilled human resources capable of contributing to informed decision-making, institutional growth, and the national interest of Bangladesh.
